Suzie English-Stewart - joined the company on 1st June 2005 to head up the marketing team based at Dragon Lane. As well as ensuring the existing role of the marketing, prospecting and database team remains at all times customer focused, this new role covers everything to do with the advertising and marketing of SG Petch and our products and services.
So whether a branch needs advice on where to advertise or preparing for a new product launch, this is now all organised by Suzie and her team in-house. Holding regular marketing meetings with all of our sites, we are always striving for more feedback to ensure we are talking to our customers in the right places!
Vikki Emerson - as database manager Vikki, who joined us in 1988, manages our important and very large database! Constantly cleansing our data to ensure we are contacting the correct customers with the correct information. Ensuring that data is kept up to date at all times ensures that our customers receive the best possible service from SG Petch. If you are a customer of ours, you will no doubt have received many letters which are written by Vikki.
Rachael, Anne Marie and Charlotte - with over 5 years combined experience with SG Petch they are in daily contact with our customers to remind and book any servicing needs they may have. They also provide marketing assistance to all of our sites with subjects ranging from P.R., corporate stationery, print requirements, T-Shirts to organizing bouncy castles & face painters for events to keep the children happy!
So if you have a message left on your answerphone reminding you your car is needing a service or MOT, then this will be from either Rachael, Anne Marie or Charlotte.
